In Individual therapy sessions, we work to resolve issues that could be inhibiting your ability to be fully present in your life. Therapy will help you to assess your history, let go of unhelpful beliefs, and improve mindfulness, positive thinking, and productive behavior to improve you overall wellbeing. Treatment that includes assessing the whole being, provides abundant space for true healing and growth. Through integrative and holistic lenses, you will assess your lifestyle, self-care, eating patterns, spiritual purpose, and cognition to promote lasting growth and change.

Couples Therapy
$125-$130 (Out of Pocket)

BECAUSE RELATIONSHIPS MATTER

Couples therapy is a tool to help guide you and your partner to better understand one another, have your needs heard, and find more useful ways to promote a healthy relationship. It is essential that therapy help the partners to bring balance and healing to the relationship. I assure you that in our couples therapy, both partners will feel heard, validated, and safe to express their deepest desires. My goal is to make sure needs are expressed and continued to be fulfilled. If your relationship needs help with communication, intimacy (both physical and emotional), or just a space to check in and feel connected, couple’s therapy could be perfect for you. It is never too early or too late to increase the health of your relationship.

Dance Movement and Yoga Therapy
$125 (Out of Pocket)

MINDY-BODY-SPIRIT

Yoga and Dance Movement therapy is a mix of psychological and physical practices for healing. Yoga helps the relieve stress, pain, trauma, and anxieties that manifest in our physical body. If you are new to the practice or have been practicing for years, yoga therapy can only help improve your mental, spiritual, and physical health. You do not have to be “flexible” to begin yoga therapy, you do have to be open to a new form of healing. Dance Movement therapy can help you reconnect with your body, your inner self, maybe your inner child and express your emotions in a creative and new way that brings unique healing to the whole person.
