There is metered street parking along Belmont Ave. The surrounding neighborhood has free street parking on side streets between 6am-6pm for up to 2 hours. There is also a paid garage option right across the street if you are looking for covered parking
(1333 W Belmont Ave: SP Parking).

Masks are optional in our office at this time. If you prefer that your clinician wear a mask in session, please let us know ahead of time so that we can honor your request.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our office is located on the 4th floor of the building. There is a ramp behind the building next to the parking lot, a wheelchair accessible elevator, as well as a wheelchair accessible restroom. The restrooms on our floor are binary (no all-gender bathrooms), have stalls (no single-stall), and are shared with other offices in the building.
