Have you ever felt like the “underdog”—struggling in your relationships, career, or with your mental or physical health? I believe we all experience "underdog" moments in life, and I’d be honored to be in your corner—cheering you on, and helping you find solutions that align with your values and aspirations. From one underdog to another, I will always remind you of your talents, your immense inner strength, and your ability to overcome.
As your therapist, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based techniques like CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy. My style is warm, collaborative, and adaptable—whether you want to spend a session painting, mentally rehearsing your next big event, or exploring new coping strategies, I'm ready to jump in and support you however I can!
I have experience working with children, teens, foster-care youth, and adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, athletes, and survivors of sexual assault.
As a lifelong competitive athlete and former fitness studio owner, I understand the power of a healthy mindset, resilience, and perseverance. I'm passionate about helping people from all walks of life tap into their inner motivation, achieve their goals, and rediscover what makes them feel truly alive.
I am not just a therapist—I am your accountability partner, coach, ally, and biggest supporter.
