Sharing your story is both a powerful and vulnerable experience. Although at times
uncomfortable, knowing yourself intimately is also your greatest strength in moving
towards your desired self. That’s why beginning therapy with me starts with the
formation of a compassionate relationship that respects your autonomy and voice. In recognition of your unique lived experience, I vow to appreciate and incorporate the ideas, practices, and values you bring into this space. Together, we will utilize
creativity, mindfulness, acceptance, and of course a little bit of humor to restore
your mind, body, and spirit.

For some people, working with a clinician who specializes in sex therapy may have
them feeling awkward, intimidated, or possibly like I’m not the right fit for issues
unrelated to sex; let’s expel that fear. Side by side, we can explore anxiety,
depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and much more. I work with and welcome
individuals and couples ranging from straight to queer, vanilla to BDSM,
monogamous to polyamorous, and everything in between and beyond.

If you’re coming to me for sex therapy, we can dig into sexual/gender identity,
intimacy and relationships, low sexual desire, and any other sexual issue stopping
you from experiencing the sex life you deserve. I identify as a bisexual, sex-positive
practitioner with the understanding that all practices are culturally and societally
influenced. I am committed to exploring all your interests with a value centered and
pleasure focused framework.

No matter what you’re going through right now, I invite you to come as you are and I
will do my best to meet you in that place with kindness and non-judgement. My
